If you would like to request deletion of your account or personal data associated with the Curbside Movers app, please email us at curbsidemovers@gmail.com.

How to request deletion

  • 1Send an email to curbsidemovers@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  • 2Please include the name and the phone number or email address you used in the app so we can locate your account.

What we delete

Upon verification, we will delete your account/profile information and personal data associated with your account, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or record-keeping purposes.

Timing

We typically process deletion requests within 7 business days.
