Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
3. The Services
Curbside Movers provides a technology platform that enables users to arrange and schedule moving and/or logistics services with third-party providers ("Third Party Providers"). Our Services include:
- Packing and Unpacking Services: Professional assistance in packing your belongings securely and unpacking them at your new location.
- Loading and Unloading Assistance: Skilled movers to load your items onto the moving vehicle and unload them at the destination.
- Local and Long-Distance Moves within California: Facilitating moves within the state of California, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Specialty Item Transportation: Handling delicate or high-value items, such as pianos and antiques, with utmost care.
- Storage Solutions: Providing temporary storage options if needed during your move.
Please Note: Curbside Movers does not provide moving or logistics services directly and does not function as a moving carrier. We connect users with independent Third Party Providers. We do not guarantee the suitability, safety, or ability of these providers. It is your responsibility to determine if a provider meets your needs. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
4. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Curbside Movers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use our applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services.
- Access and use any content, information, and related materials made available through the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Curbside Movers and its licensors.
5. User Accounts
- Account Creation: To use most aspects of our Services, you must register and maintain an active user account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account. Account registration requires you to submit personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, and a valid payment method.
- Account Maintenance: You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Failure to do so may result in your inability to access or use the Services.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your Account and agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. Unless otherwise permitted by Curbside Movers in writing, you may only possess one Account.
6. User Requirements and Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not use the Services to transport illegal or hazardous materials.
- Not cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage to Third Party Providers or any other party.
- Provide proof of identity when requested.
Prohibited Behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Allowing others to use your Account.
- Assigning or transferring your Account to another person or entity.
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
7. Payment Terms
- Charges: You understand that use of the Services may result in charges for the services you receive from Third Party Providers ("Charges"). After you have received services, we will facilitate payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Third Party Provider. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods linked to your Account.
- No Refunds: All Charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Curbside Movers.
8. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
- Disclaimer: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Curbside Movers disclaims all representations and warranties, express, implied, or statutory, not expressly set out in these Terms.
- Limitation of Liability: Curbside Movers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to the use of the Services.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Curbside Movers and its affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law; Arbitration
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Curbside Movers regarding the Services.
